Custom Order & Digital Product Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Overview

All products offered for sale are either:

Custom-made physical merchandise produced on demand specifically for your order, or
Digital downloadable goods delivered electronically.

Because of the custom and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Custom-Made Physical Merchandise

Each physical item is produced specifically for you after your order is submitted.

As a result:

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect size selection, buyer error, or change of mind.
Custom-produced items are not eligible for resale or restocking.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts, product descriptions, and specifications prior to purchase.

3. Digital Downloads

All digital products (including audio files, bundles, or other downloadable content):

Are delivered electronically.
Are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cannot be exchanged once purchased.

4. Shipping & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the item has been transferred to the shipping provider.
